Scale to Health reads a measurement from a compatible body composition scale over Bluetooth, shows it on screen, and saves it to Apple Health when you tap Save. It has no accounts and makes no network connections.

Other scales, including weight-only models and the newer S400, S200 and S800 series, are not supported.
Your weight is measured by the scale. Body fat, lean body mass and the other body composition values are estimates that the app calculates on your iPhone from your weight, the electrical impedance measured by the scale, and your height, age and sex. Scale to Health is not a medical device and its values are not medical advice. Do not use body composition measurement if you have a pacemaker or another implanted medical device.
The app does not see my scale.
Step on the scale so that its display lights up, and keep your iPhone nearby. If the Zepp Life or Mi Fit app is open,
quit it: it can keep the scale to itself. Check the batteries if the display stays dark.
I only get my weight, without body composition.
Body composition needs three things: bare, dry feet on the metal pads; staying on the scale until it finishes;
and your profile (height, date of birth and sex), which you can add in the app's settings.
How do I remove a saved measurement?
Right after saving, tap Undo. Later, delete the entries in the Apple Health app.
